WW1 War Memorial for St George in the East Church 16 Cannon Street Road, London The Memorial was unveiled on Saturday, 15 th November 1924 at 3:30pm This document is still a work in progress and I have used several websites to research the men of St. George’s who gave their lives in WW1. The main sites used were: Ancestry, FreeBMD, The Long, Long Trail and I received a great deal of help from the Rootschat Forum. If you spot any errors, wish to know more or are related to any of these men that I would love to hear from you: alison.cook66@btinternet.com Name Died / Age Rank and Service No.   Buried / Commemorated Details Adams, C.         Alcock, J.
